Holistic Process Work
The Greek word "holos" means "whole, complete, safe". The conscious decision for holistic process work facilitates real transformation and will change you and your attitude to life sustainably.

Dealing with questions of meaning, spirituality and one's own transience

In this form of process work, you work with self-reflection, mindfulness and self-awareness exercises as well as breathing techniques and meditation. It is not the same as "classic coaching", as it also incorporates counseling elements.

learn the Oxygene Advantage Method
Dysfunctional breathing leads to scientifically proven negative consequences for physical, mental and emotional health. With the "Oxygene Advantage" method developed by Patrick McKeown, you can train correct, functional breathing in everyday life and during sport. Dysfunctional breathing can be described using the following criteria:
Frequent breathing through the mouth, problems breathing through the nose
Short and rapid breaths (overbreathing)
Chest breathing instead of diaphragmatic breathing, shortness of breath
Insufficient sleep quality (e.g. not waking up rested, snoring)
I am certified as a Functional Breathing Instructor OA and accompany you during a consultation as follows:

Online Breathwork
In my form of online breathwork, the central elements are supportive verbal guidance, a specific breathing technique (connected breathing), stimulating music and a guided final meditation for integration. All elements increase the capacity for introspection (concept of Felt Sense), which makes body and self-awareness more subtle and intense.

I am certified in the method "Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®)". The method is accredited by the following organizations: International Breathwork Foundation, Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (USA), National Ministry of Education Poland.
